Solution 01
Machines and equipment we service
Industrial machine maintenance, industrial equipment overhaul and retrofit on the equipment already running on your line — from the dough divider to the industrial bakery oven. We service food-industry equipment and pharmaceutical machinery, on site or in our own plant, with in-house engineering, machining and spare parts.
- Experience on machines built by AMF, WP Haton, Benier, Kaak, Gostol, Mura and Mecatherm — with our own team and our own spare parts, with no need for an authorised service centre.
- Dough dividers: volumetric divider maintenance, mechanical overhaul and control-system retrofit, on site or in our own plant.
- Mixers, proofers and industrial bakery ovens, including temperature and humidity control and the refrigeration side.
- Dough sheeters, fillers and dosing machines: rollers, belts, nozzles and synchronisation between drives.

- Industrial bakery machinery: bakery machine maintenance from the mixer to packaging, with our own spare parts and our own workforce.

- Discontinued parts reproduced by reverse engineering in our own machine shop, dimensionally inspected before they go back on the machine.
Solution 02
Mechanical and electrical retrofit
Machine retrofit modernises equipment that still produces well but has fallen behind in control, safety and parts availability. We carry out the full electrical retrofit and the mechanical refurbishment of worn assemblies, returning the equipment with current technology and without the cost of a new machine.
- Electrical retrofit: the old control gear replaced with PLCs, HMIs and variable frequency drives from the leading brands.
