This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

This Privacy Policy describes how BSR Automação Industrial handles the personal data of everyone who visits this site (bsrindustrial.com.br), in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

The spare parts catalogue and the BSR mobile app have their own, longer policy, because they involve registration and user accounts. This document covers only the corporate website.

1. Controller and Data Protection Officer

The data controller is BSR Automação Industrial, headquartered at R. Quatro de Julho, 4638, Cidade Baixa, Paverama, RS, Brazil, ZIP 95865-000. To exercise your rights or ask about this policy, contact our Data Protection Officer at tecnologia@bsrindustrial.com.

2. What this site collects

This is a corporate website and has no forms, no registration and no login area. We do not ask for your name, e-mail, phone number or any document on any page. Contact happens outside the site, through the channels we publish:

• WhatsApp and e-mail: clicking one of these links takes you off the site and into a conversation with us through your device's messaging or e-mail app. Whatever you write there reaches our sales and engineering team directly, and is used only to answer your request.
• Server access logs: like any website, our server records IP address, date and time, page accessed and browser used. This is required by article 15 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014) and serves security and fault diagnosis.
• Google Ads advertising cookies: only if you accept. See section 3 and the Cookie Policy.

3. Google Ads and your consent

We advertise on Google Ads. To find out whether one of our ads brought someone here — and to show our ads to people who have already visited the site (remarketing) — we use the Google Ads tag.

It runs in Google's consent mode: until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, nothing related to advertising is stored in your browser. If you decline, your choice is respected and the site keeps working in full. If you accept, you can change your mind at any time through the Cookie Policy.

Legal basis: consent (LGPD, article 7, I). Purpose: measuring advertising campaigns and remarketing. In this processing Google acts as processor and BSR as controller.

4. Other third-party resources

• Google Map (contact page): shows the location of our headquarters. Google receives your IP address when the map loads.
• YouTube video (home page): only loads after you click it, and uses the youtube-nocookie.com domain. Before that click, no data is sent to YouTube.
• Typefaces: hosted on our own server. No request goes out to Google Fonts.

5. Sharing and international transfer

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. It is shared only with the suppliers required for the purposes above — Google, in the cases of sections 3 and 4 — and with public authorities where there is a legal obligation or a court order.

Google processes this data on servers outside Brazil. The international transfer relies on articles 33 to 36 of the LGPD and on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the supplier. The site itself is hosted in Brazil.

6. How long we keep it

Server access logs are used only for security and fault diagnosis, and kept for the period required by applicable law — article 15 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework sets a minimum of 6 months. Data held by Google follows Google Ads' own retention periods. Messages you send us by WhatsApp or e-mail stay with us for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the applicable legal periods.

7. Your rights

Article 18 of the LGPD gives you the right to confirm that processing exists, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymisation, blocking or deletion, ask for portability, find out who we share it with, and withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change the way we handle personal data, we update this document and the date at the top of the page. A change that depends on consent makes the cookie banner appear again, so that you can choose once more.
